#3 Arrangement & Assembly

Arrange 4S1P battery combination method to make designed module.

#4 Spot Welding

The nickel sheet connects the positive and negative electrodes of the battery to form the required 12.8V 230Ah battery.

#5 Solder BMS

Connect the precise protection board to ensure its overcharge, over-discharge and short-circuit protection functions.

#6 Housing & Aging

Embedded in the sheet metal casing, it activates the performance of the entire battery pack through charging and discharging.
