How we manfuacture 12V 400Ah lifepo4 lithium battery

  1. Matching set of high quality LiFePO4 cells. For a 12V 400Ah battery, you will need 4 cells in series, each with a nominal voltage of 3.2V and a capacity of 400Ah.

     

  2. Series the cells in series positively to each other to achieve a nominal voltage of 12.8V. Connect the batteries using nickel strips and a spot welder.

     

  3. Install a battery management system (PCM) to prevent overcharging, over-discharging and short circuit protection. Select a BMS with a nominal voltage of 12V and a continuous current of at least 100A.

     

  4. Solder the protection plate in the P+,P- position.

     

  5. Sheet metal enclosure to house the battery and BMS. cells and batteries need to be insulated.

     

  6. Install terminal connectors, fuses and any monitoring displays.

     

  7. Perform initial charge/discharge and testing to verify proper operation and capacity.

Assuming the power of the air conditioner is 1600 watts, the power supply duration is: 5120Wh / 1600W = 3.2H.

You need to consider several factors, including battery power, charging efficiency, and sunshine hours.

12.8V 400Ah battery total energy: 12.8V * 400Ah = 5120Wh.

Assuming the overall conversion efficiency is 80%, 5120Wh / 80% = 6400Wh.

If there are 5 hours of effective sunshine per day, the required solar panel power is: 6400Wh / 5H = 1280W.

If you choose a 200W solar panel, the number of panels required is: 1280W / 200W = 6.4. So it is recommended to install 7 solar panels.
