18650 2s battery pack 22.5ah with protection board
We manufacture high quality 7.4v 18650 battery packs with built-in circuit boards for overcharge, overdischarge and short circuit protection. It needs to be charged with constant current constant voltage and constant voltage charger. It is suitable for all kinds of electronic devices that need 7.4V power supply.
Charge and discharge currents can be generated according to customer requirements, such as 1.0C and 3.0C discharge rates. Besides the 18650 2S9P battery, we can also customize different 18650 battery packs.
The picture on the right shows the structure of our 18650 battery. It is made of precision welded nickel strips connecting the positive and negative terminals to ensure a stable charge/discharge curve and provide reliable power.

The main function of 7.4v lithium battery protection board ensures the safe and normal operation of the battery, as follows:
- Overcharge protection: usually charging cut-off protection voltage 8.56±0.025V, once the charging cut-off voltage is reached, the protection circuit will be disconnected.
- Over-discharge protection: usually over-discharge cut-off voltage voltage 6±0.025V, once the over-discharge cut-off voltage is reached, the protection board will be disconnected.
- Short circuit protection: Once short circuit occurs, the protection board will disconnect the circuit automatically in a few milliseconds.
- Over-current protection: once the protection board reaches the set current value, the protection board will automatically disconnect.
The mainstream terminal models of 18650 battery packs are as follows:
- JST-XH, JST-PH, JST-SM
- Molex 51021, Molex 5557, Molex Micro-Fit 3.0
- Amphenol AT Series, Amphenol PT Series
- TE AMP Superseal, TE Micro MATE-N-LOK
Lithium-ion battery production process
#1 Cell Selection
Select the number of 18650 cells or LiFePO4 cells we need. Ensure they works fine.
#2 Battery Sorting
Make sure that the capacity, voltage, and internal resistance of the selected cells are consistent.
#3 Arrangement & Assembly
Combine the required battery modules in a series-parallel manner.
#4 Spot Welding
The positive and negative terminals of the battery are connected via nickel tabs to form the desired capacity or voltage.
#5 Mounting Protection Board
Connect the protection board on the battery pack to ensure that its overcharge, overdischarge and short circuit protection functions properly.
#6 Packaging & Aging
Wrap the battery pack in a PVC or metal casing while charging and discharging to activate the battery pack performance.
