How we make 36V 50Ah lithium battery

  1. Select LiFePO4 battery cells, 3.2V 50Ah battery.

  2. Connect 12 cells in series to achieve 38.4V using a welding machine to connect the positive and negative terminals into a group.

  3. Install a PCM (Protection Circuit Module) and connect it to the battery pack, ensuring it has overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, and over-temperature protection functions.

  4. Enclose the assembly in a case, typically using a sheet metal enclosure.

  5. Install output terminals, usually M8 or M10 screw terminals.

  6. Insulation protection: Pay attention to insulation and waterproofing, generally rated at IP65.

  7. Perform one charge and discharge cycle, checking voltage, capacity, internal resistance, and charge/discharge curves.
