1. Requirement Analysis: Tell us your device’s power consumption, battery compartment size, and discharge rate (C-rating) requirements. Our team will provide an initial technical assessment and specifications.
2. Cell Selection & Circuit Design: Based on your maximum battery compartment size, we evaluate the optimal cell (capacity, size). If a protection board is required, we will develop and select the compatible IC and MOSFET for you.
3. Prototype Development: Our sample engineers provide you with preliminary cycle and test data to help you more accurately match the main board hardware.
4. Performance & Safety Testing: In addition to obtaining relevant reports from SGS and TUV certification companies, we also conduct rigorous cycle life tests and thermal stability simulations in our factory.

The core of matching battery C-rating lies in your device's highest continuous current requirements. The formula is: Continuous Current (A) ÷ Battery Capacity (Ah) = Minimum C-rate. We recommend allowing a 20% safety margin to ensure voltage stability under high loads and avoid voltage sag.
Please charge the battery to 11.4V~11.55V (3.8V~3.85V per cell), and store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. It is best to charge it once every 3 months to maintain battery activity.
