How we make 48V 60Ah lithium battery
- Select LiFePO4 battery cells, 3.2V 60Ah battery.
- Connect 16 cells in series to achieve 58.4V using a welding machine to connect the positive and negative terminals into a group.
- Install a PCM (Protection Circuit Module) and connect it to the battery pack, ensuring it has overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, and over-temperature protection functions.
- Enclose the assembly in a case, typically using a sheet metal enclosure.
- Install output terminals, usually M10 screw terminals.
- Insulation protection: Pay attention to insulation and waterproofing, generally rated at IP65.
- Perform one charge and discharge cycle, checking voltage, capacity, internal resistance, and charge/discharge curves.
