1S Lipo Battery

The 1S polymer battery, also called a 3.7V lipo battery, is our most produced type of battery. It has a single series connection, a nominal voltage of 3.7V, and a charging voltage of 4.2V. Capacities range from 25mAh, 50mAh, 100mAh, 500mAh, 1000mAh, 3000mAh to 5000mAh, and even more. All our 1S lipo batteries support 3C, 5C, and 10C charging or discharging rates.

They have an aluminum-plastic film outer shell, are soft-pack, and are often integrated into miniature drones, toys, remote-controlled models, etc., connecting to the device’s motherboard via electronic wires or terminals (JST, Molex) to provide a stable power supply.

2S Lipo Battery

The 2S lipo battery consists of 2 lithium polymer batteries connected in series. Its nominal voltage is 7.4V (3.7V * 2), charging voltage is 8.4V, and discharge cut-off voltage is 6V. Typical capacities are 500 mAh, 1000 mAh, and 2000 mAh. They are commonly used in RC cars, drones, and some small electric devices.

Before connecting them in series, we rigorously match the two batteries to ensure they are from the same batch, with a voltage difference <30mV, a capacity difference ≤50mV, and an internal resistance difference ≤5%, to prevent performance degradation of the 2S battery pack due to a single cell malfunction.

3S Lipo Battery

This 3S lithium polymer battery pack consists of 3 pieces lithium polymer batteries connected in series, also known as a 3S1P li-polymer battery. Its nominal voltage is 11.1V (3.7V * 3), charging voltage is 12.6V, and discharge cut-off voltage is 9V.

It is primarily used in medium-to-high power models such as RC e-sliders, RC cars, boats, and heavy-duty crawler bikes, providing power to 12V portable power devices. Our process from polymer cell to finished battery pack involves the following 3 core steps:

1. Design. After our engineers evaluate the proposed solutions, we provide each customer with proprietary datasheets, circuit schematics, and structural diagrams, allowing you to easily see if they meet your application requirements.

2. Safety Validation. In addition to submitting third-party certifications (SGS, TUV), we conduct our own internal verification of capacity, internal resistance, cycle life, charge/discharge testing, and drop testing.

3. Instructions for Use. We recommend that all customers strictly adhere to the charge/discharge guidelines, storage conditions, safety labels, and recycling guidelines.

Grand New Lipo Battery Cell

This 3S lithium polymer battery pack consists of two lithium polymer batteries connected in series, also known as a 3S1P li-polymer battery. Its nominal voltage is 11.1V (3.7V * 3), charging voltage is 12.6V, and discharge cut-off voltage is 9V.

Safety Protection Circuit Board(PCM)

LiPo battery protection board monitors polymer battery voltage, current, and temperature to ensure battery safety and long lifespan. Learn lipo battery storage and safety warning.

Overcharge protection: When the charging voltage of a 3.7V battery exceeds 4.2V, the protection board activates, cutting off the charging circuit to prevent overheating and bulging.

Over-discharge protection: When the discharging voltage of a 3.7V battery is less than 3V, it also cuts off the circuit to prevent deep discharge and damage to the battery.

Overcurrent protection: It limits excessive current or short circuits; the protection board’s MOSFET cuts off the circuit to protect the battery and components.

Compact Quick Connector JST, Molex & XT

JST and Molex connectors are suitable for low-current polymer batteries, while XT connectors are suitable for high-current/high-power polymer battery packs.

JST connectors are primarily available with 1.25mm and 2mm pitch: JST-XH and JST-PH, suitable for 2A current systems.

Molex connectors are primarily available with 1.25mm and 2.54mm pitch, offering longer mating life and reliable locking.

XT30 / XT60 / XT90 are commonly used in 3S, 4S, and 6S drones and car models, and are industry-standard interfaces.

Our polymer battery manufacturing process is highly automated. Our core equipment includes batching, coating, winding, electrolyte injection, and formation testing. The cathode materials consist of lithium cobalt oxide, a conductive agent, and PVDF binder. Learn what lithium polymer battery are.

We use a winding production line. After cutting the electrode sheets to specific lengths, the positive and negative electrodes are wound into cylindrical shapes, injected with electrolyte, and then undergo secondary encapsulation, charging, and activation.

Next, the battery pack stage begins. This involves welding the protective board, electronic wires, and insulation to ensure battery quality. All batteries then undergo OQC testing and packaging.
