Yes, but with strict restrictions. Lithium batteries carried on board must have a rated energy of no more than 100 Wh; those with a rated energy between 100 Wh and 160 Wh require airline approval, and each person can bring a maximum of two batteries, which must still be carried on board and cannot be checked in.
