Design Your Rechargeable Battery Pack
- Determine requirements: Clearly define the capacity, voltage, size, charging and discharging current, application scenarios and environments, and operating time of the battery pack.
- Cell selection: We will confirm the multiple series and parallel combination of battery cells based on the nominal voltage, nominal capacity, and cell size.
- Circuit board design: According to the requirements of parameters such as voltage, current, and temperature, achieve functions such as overcharging, over discharging, over current, and short circuit protection.
- Assembly process: This is the most important step, which is to add a protective plate to the battery pack, add terminal wires, and cover it with PVC or an outer ABS/metal housing.

Ensure that the battery size matches your device.
Max Current
Instantaneous pulse current typically has a rate of 2C and 3C.

Yes, we can provide the relative certifications. But it depends. When it refers to lifepo4 battery or home energy storage, we can provide battery cell UL1642, UL62133 certification, and UN38.3 and CE for lifepo4 battery pack certificates.
If it refers to polymer battery and lithium battery pack, we can bear UN38.3 and CE certificate and apply for you when it is ready to mass production.
Generally speaking, it takes 5~7 days for samples. 15~20 days for mass production. It will be a little longer for specific order requirements.
